I’m Tom Rawcliffe, and I run Peak Body Coach. I work 1:1 with adults on long-term changes to how their bodies look and perform: structured training, integrated nutrition, and an approach that adapts based on what’s actually happening for you, not what should be happening in theory.
The work is hands-on, evidence-led, and built to keep making sense six months in. Whether your goal is building strength, losing fat, getting back into shape after a long gap, or working through the post-GLP-1 phase, the approach is the same: a plan tailored to you, ongoing iteration based on data, and someone in the loop who’s actually paying attention.

Training and nutrition handled together, not in parallel - so what you eat is built around what you’re training for, and the plan adapts as your body responds. Sessions are once or twice a week: practical, progressive, and adjusted based on what’s actually happening.
